1 | (3 to 4 pound) fully cooked boneless ham | ||

1/2 | cup | water | |

24 | whole cloves | ||

1 | package | (8 ounce) dark brown sugar | |

1/2 | cup | spicy brown mustard | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | apple cider | |
|
|||
1/4 | cup | bourbon | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | hot strong brewed coffee (optional) | |
|
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
Make shallow cuts on the top of the ham in a diamond pattern 1/2- inch deep. Push cloves into ham in a decorative pattern; place ham in a greased and foil lined 13 x 9- inch pan or roasting pan.
Add 1/2 cup water to the pan.
Combine brown sugar, mustard, cider, bourbon and coffee, stirring until smooth. Pour half of the glaze evenly over ham.
Bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, basting with remaining glaze every 20 minutes.
